CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Full Time • APCO International - Daytona Beach
The Customer Service Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate the scheduling and presentation of APCO Institute education and training programs, courses and offerings.

Reports to:   Director, APCO Institute
 
General Description of Essential Job Tasks:
The following are general descriptions of the essential job tasks of the position.  Other related tasks may be assigned as necessary and appropriate.
 
  •  Coordinate APCO Institute course offerings
  • Schedule and contract APCO Institute adjunct training instructors based on offering and instructor availability.
  •  Process registrations, obtain payment information and forward all payment and billing requests to the accounting department
  •  Update and maintain records of online training course activities
  •  Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, fax, mail and email. 
  •  Create, distribute and collect customer service surveys for educational programs and courses
  •  Updates and maintains databases as required 
  • Maintain electronic files, records and archives of department activities and affiliated Committees, Taskforces, Workgroups, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
·         High school diploma or equivalent
·         Preferred two years’ clerical, administrative, or customer service experience 
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
