About the Role
Some of the things you’ll work on include: 
  • Primary point of contact for all member outreaches.
  • Manage essential administrative duties such as handling daily correspondence, phone calls, and membership communications with professionalism and efficiency. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date membership records within our customer relations management (CRM) system will be a key part of your role.
  • Prepare invoices for new and renewing members 
  • Provide relevant information from membership data to support the association’s goals. 
  • Maintain and updates Association Officers, Chapter Executive Council, President and Secretary lists, Committee Chairs  
  • Respond promptly and courteously to member inquiries, you’ll direct questions to the right resources and collaborate with various departments and volunteer committees as needed.
  • Playing an important role in supporting the departments activities at the Annual Conference, including onsite assistance with voting booth, association booth, etc.  
  • Additionally, you’ll maintain and review standard operating procedures to keep them accurate and up to date.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.  Association experience preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications. Excellent organizational and customer relations skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and standard office equipment.  
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and to work independently

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
