- Primary point of contact for all member outreaches.
- Manage essential administrative duties such as handling daily correspondence, phone calls, and membership communications with professionalism and efficiency. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date membership records within our customer relations management (CRM) system will be a key part of your role.
- Prepare invoices for new and renewing members
- Provide relevant information from membership data to support the association’s goals.
- Maintain and updates Association Officers, Chapter Executive Council, President and Secretary lists, Committee Chairs
- Respond promptly and courteously to member inquiries, you’ll direct questions to the right resources and collaborate with various departments and volunteer committees as needed.
- Playing an important role in supporting the departments activities at the Annual Conference, including onsite assistance with voting booth, association booth, etc.
- Additionally, you’ll maintain and review standard operating procedures to keep them accurate and up to date.
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience. Association experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications. Excellent organizational and customer relations skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and standard office equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and to work independently
